Right After Opening

​

With the ruby-like color, the wine’s aroma begins with ripen darkish-red fruits and the scent of black fruit jam quickly passes away. One unpleasant feature can be found in its flavor, that is, the stinky smell of cheese. Behind the earthy note, the stink becomes accentuated. High acidity and the awful aroma remain in the taste. Also, the remaining bitterness and strong alcohol give off an unpleasant impression. The wine has a medium body and tannin, high acidity, and dryness.

After 30 mins,

Though the stinky smell subsides and the texture becomes smooth, the overall taste doesn’t turn pleasurable. The features of high acidity and the fruit flavor still stand out. Finally, at the end of taste exist vague notes of oak, leather, and a hint of herbs.

After 1 hour

​

The earthy note following fruits continues, as the subsided stinky smell completely disappears. Instead, one can find an oak smell followed by fresh darkish-red fruits. The taste of light vanilla and spicy pepper also pops up.
