The Dalmore 15’s key feature is blood-orange nose, spiciness, and toffee flavor.

In addition, many palates and scents are incorporated in this whisky.

15 doesn’t seem to be a lower version of 18, and it has prominent merit.

Though the overall combination of flavors and noses is definitely below compared to 18, considering the price and quality, 15 has a value to own.

However, I think the Dalmore 15 is not for all. If someone hates blood orange scent or toffee taste, choose another whisky.

Definitely, the Dalmore pursue the different taste compared to other famous distilleries.

Nose : Oranges, Juicy Raisins, and Toffee. More Wood than 18, Peppery Kick and Cinnamon. Light Tabacco, and Apple Pie.

Palate : Sherry, Less Sweet, Malty Note and Toast, A Hints of Tangerine, Pepper, Cocoa, and Dark Roast Coffee. A Hints of Liquorice and Spices. A Hint of Hickory.
