In this light lemon-colored wine, various scents arouse from rich floral and grass scent to green grape, lime, citrus, and soft mint. Under the prominent grass smell, many scents mingle harmoniously. The wine can make the taster pleasant just with its scents.
The taste consists of flower, plant, citrus, sweet shine muscat, peach, and apricot. The wine has a light body, moderate to high acidity, and a long finish. What's noteworthy is the occurring point of the finish. Finish means after-taste of the wine, which usually starts at the back of the mouth and spreads all over. However, this wine's finish can be tasted at the tip of the tongue, which resembles soft grass and floral scents.
In sum, the wine has abundant aromas, balanced taste, light body, high acidity, and dryness. It is pair-able with salmon and might be matched with salad and fruits. However, it is not ideal for rich cheese and meat. It is recommendable for those who want delicious sauvignon blanc.
