Right After Opening
The wine has a ruby color and complex aromas, such as blackberry, raisin, dried fruit, licorice, and spices like pepper. The wine has a light body, moderate acidity, and low tannin. Masked by the sweetness, the relatively high alcohol shows its presence in time. Dryness is mild, but the lingering sweetness is relatively high.
Dark red fruit scents stand out with time. However, the sweetness, lack of acidity, and tannin are drawbacks.
After 30mins ~ 1 hour
The fruit and sweetness keep accentuated, but it is not enough to change with time.
After 1 day
The body turns heavier, and more tannin can be felt. Most of all, the fresh dark red fruit scents and flavors are turned into dried ones. As a result, the taste is stickier, and the aromas more abundant. Overall, it seems to be a well-balanced wine.

By and large, the wine has a powerful scent and delicate flavor. According to the aeration, one could experience the taste change, which makes this wine quite appealing.
In personal opinion, if paired with beef or lamb containing less fat, it would be nice.
